Arthur is a self-taught IT entrepreneur from Singapore with over 25 years of experience in building transformative mobile technology company. Twenty-five years ago, he founded Indonesia's first mobile content company-a pioneering venture that reshaped mobile communication and rapidly grew into the largest mobile company in the region. He is channeling his passion for innovation into the healthcare sector with a new app venture designed to revolutionize patient care and home care healthcare delivery. Leveraging his deep expertise in mobile technology and his proven track record in creating high-growth companies. Loeqman is a System Architect who has 15+ years of experience in Mobile and Web System Development. He also has years of experience in development and operation at Mobile Content, Movie e-Ticketing and Community in Indonesia.

Josafat Timotius is a visionary technology executive with an academic background in Electrical and Computer Engineering and nearly 29 years of experience across IT strategy, enterprise architecture, operations, application development, governance, cybersecurity, and project management in Indonesia and Singapore. He has spent 17 years in senior IT leadership roles within health and life insurance organizations, advising boards and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
